Reflexology Initial Consultation (60-75mins)
The first session of Reflexology requires an initial consultation to discuss your health & well-being needs. Treatment is then carried out depending on your individual needs.
Standard Reflexology (60mins)
For returning clients who have completed their consultation. Reflexology treatments are tailored to your needs, using a chosen balm to work in conjunction.
Facial Reflexology (60mins)
Facial reflexology uses gentle pressure applied to the different reflex zones and points on the face. Facial reflexology encourages a healthy blood flow, stimulates collagen and elastin, therefore, helping your skin to rejuvenate and minimise the appearance of ageing lines. Can be beneficial for those with allergies such as sinus problems and hay fever.
Fertility Reflexology (60mins)
Experiencing fertility issues can cause considerable stress. There are many different medical conditions and lifestyle factors that can lead to reproductive issues which can affect both men and women. Reflexology is beneficial for many reasons, one of which is stress management. A full consultation is completed before your first treatment to discuss your fertility journey.
Pregnancy Reflexology (45-60mins)
Being pregnant is one of the most exciting times in a woman’s life. However, as your body is going through significant physical, hormonal and emotional changes, reflexology can help with some of the uncomfortable and sometimes painful symptoms.
Post-Natal Reflexology (60mins)
The arrival of an eagerly anticipated baby brings great joy, but some women can feel overwhelmed by this life-changing experience. Lack of sleep and energy, hormone imbalances and baby blues can make establishing new routines seem impossible and take some of the joy out of such a special time. *Please note that reflexology is not a replacement for traditional maternity care, and if you have any concerns about your pregnancy or are suffering from post-natal problems, please seek the advice of your GP/midwife before having reflexology.
