My name is Hayley, and I am a Reflexologist, Usui and Seichim Reiki Master, intuitive holistic healer, and most recently, a Doula. I began my training with the wonderful Sheila Nugent, a pioneer of Reflexology in Ireland, whose work laid the foundation for my holistic approach. Since then, I have continued to expand my skills, offering a growing range of treatments and supportive services.

I believe in guiding people toward their highest potential through the healing power of touch, deep relaxation, and meditation. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who are on their own healing journeys and wish to deepen their self-awareness, balance, and personal growth.

My professional background is in Early Years Education, where I spent many years working as an early years manager and facilitating classes and courses for mothers and babies. Through this work, I developed a deep interest in women’s wellness and healing, inspired by the relationships I built and the experiences I witnessed.

After navigating my own challenges with my menstrual cycle, my passion naturally evolved into a specialisation in Fertility, Pregnancy, and Women’s Health. I am deeply committed to supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies and discovering their innate power through education, awareness, and knowledge of their own menstrual cycles.

In 2025, I became a Doula to further support mothers and families during some of life’s most transformative moments. By integrating the grounding principles of reflexology with compassionate, continuous birthing support, I aim to create a nurturing environment that empowers individuals and families to feel supported, informed, and confident.

This holistic approach fosters emotional resilience, comfort, and trust, ensuring that each client feels truly guided and understood throughout their journey. Together, we can navigate the path to wellness and create lasting memories of care and connection across the entire perinatal experience.

I offer a safe and welcoming space for healing, where you are cared for, respected, and genuinely listened to. Free from judgement, my therapy room is open to everyone who wishes to relax and restore in comfort. The greatest joy in my work is seeing clients leave feeling revitalised, often with a smile that wasn’t there when they first walked through the door.
